Bethesda Village Daycare

We are a small in-home daycare run by loving, attentive and energetic providers who ensure our children are safe, happy and able to thrive. Learn more about Parvin and Carmita here. 

 

 

Parvin has worked as a clinical research nurse in the intensive care unit of a large academic institute in Bethesda for the past 30 years. She earned a master's degree in family child development from Catholic University. She has two grown children who live in the area and enjoys spending time with many of the family members who live nearby. 

 

Parvin has been running Bethesda Village Daycare for nearly 3 years. She has built strong bonds with the children she cares for and their families.

Originally from Ecuador, Carmita is proud mother to Veronica (30) and Juan Sebastian (20) who exemplifythe hard work she put in during their early years. who Nowadays, they mom not only as a mother but also as their best friend.    
 

Carmita began herwork as a Senior Caregiver as an Independent Personal Care Aid while also working as a part-time babysitter. She recieved CPR and First Aid certifications from the American Red Cross. She also successfully completed the Montgomery County course “Sids Infant Death Syndrome.”

 
Carmita joined Bethesda Village Daycare in June, 2014 where she feels blessed to spend her days with Mrs. Parvin and her small group of kids. "Kids are amazing and I feel excited and blessed for giving them all my knowledge and love."
